The Syndicate is getting back to it’s roots~
We began as a group to teach others the joy of magic without as much religion as we could, and over the winter months we have strayed a bit from that due to that awesome thing called ‘Winter Depression’. Now that it is spring we can move forward into teaching again and we are all so excited about it!
We will be offering courses very soon to our members and it will have that ‘Real School’ set-up that we have been seeking all along. We can’t wait to get started!

It’s been a month since we updated…
So here is a quick over-view of what has been happening!
Expeditions: We’ve gone on three during our absence. Two of them at night, and one of them during the day! The night time expeditions proved to be very exciting, but we also had some dangerous things happen as well. There will be a more detailed report of that at a later time, but that was what prompted us to do the day time expedition to figure out if there were things we may have missed during the night!
Members: Nikolita was officially promoted to Lieutenant of the White Mages! Hakuro has been accepted into the Knights! We have gained a new member who has not yet chosen a craft name, but when she has I will be introducing her to you! One of our members has moved to Florida, and we will dearly miss our sister Iris. She is still a part of us even if she is so far way. <3
Crafting: Nikolita has been producing amulets at an alarming rate! She has been making them for protection, love, luck, and focus and is slowly expanding into more complicated ones. I have been working on stone bracelets, pieced specially for magical workings, and have gotten into wire-shaping for jewelry as well as making runes and wooden amulets. I’m also still working on wands, and am excited to be nearing the finishing stages of a certain someones~ I can’t tell because it is a surprise~

I made a nice healing poultice today. OwO
It had Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint, and Sage. ^_^
Eucalyptus is used on wounds and bruises as well as for arthritis. It also remedies coughs~!
Lavender can be an antiseptic but also just smells nice~ and helps soothe bites! lol
Peppermint of course to soothe itching and irritation, as well as a nice cooling effect.
Sage as an astringent and antiseptic and it dries up moisture as well as makes a good compress~
The ratio I used was
- 1 cup Eucalyptus
- 1/2 cup Lavender
- 1/2 cup Peppermint
- 1 tablespoon Sage
I crushed it up slightly in my metal working bowl with a crystal sphere, cause Kome took my mortar and pestle. lol I still have to test it out completely, but it smells really nice~ =w= I’ll let you know if it works when I get a chance~!
Thinking that I kind of wanna do a ‘Daily Info’ thing.
Like, info on different uses for herbs and stones and such…maybe even energy working? Iunno >w< But I want to write and I’ve already finished most of my parts for the Handbook our Coven is writing…*sigh* =w=
